By using Harvbo Cards LLC for PSA Grading, PSA/DNA Autograph Authentication you agree to the Terms set below.
Grading Terms and Conditions
The prices above are subject to change as they do not include any upcharges your items may receive from PSA. Upcharges are decided by PSA in its sole discretion and Harvbo Cards has no control over such charges. All Grading items must be paid in full when the items have been returned to Harvbo Cards from PSA. Grades WILL NOT be given until payment is received. If items have not been paid for within 30 days of the original notice, there will be a $25 Late Charge assessed to your order. Grading orders which are not paid for after 90 days will be deemed forfeited to Harvbo Cards. Harvbo Cards LLC is not responsible for any damage to/loss of items that were sent to PSA. If an item is deemed damaged/missing the dispute will be submitted through PSA and you will receive what PSA provides as a resolution. Harvbo Cards pre-screening or full reviews are solely an opinion and provide no guarantee as to any specific grade or authenticity of the item. For any item requested to be “cracked” from a slab and returned raw or sent to PSA for grading, Harvbo Cards is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the “cracking” process. Though Harvbo Cards will use the utmost care in this process, there is inherent risk in “cracking” slabs and removing cards that is outside the control of Harvbo Cards. Lastly turnaround time frames are not guarantees and are only estimated time frames provided by PSA counted in Business Days, i.e., not including weekends, holidays etc.
Autograph Authentication Terms and Conditions
PSA DNA (Autograph Authentication) orders must be paid at the time of submission to Harvbo Cards and before items are sent to PSA. This fee is non-refundable and will not be returned if the item is deemed not authentic as PSA does not refund for such items. DNA Orders not paid for timely may result in delayed order processing. Harvbo Cards LLC is not responsible for any damage to/loss of items that were sent to PSA. Lastly turnaround time frames are not guarantees and are only estimated time frames provided by PSA counted in Business Days, i.e., not including weekends, holidays etc.
