Our submission tracker allows you to access real-time updates on your items directly from the PSA database. Please note that the submission number will not work on the PSA website, as we are the submitter on your behalf.
You can find your submission number in the Excel file provided on this page. Simply enter this number below to get the latest status update directly from the PSA database.
The update will show all stages your items go through, with a “Yes” or “No” next to each stage. The last “Yes” entry indicates the current status and location of your items. Please keep in mind that the submission tracker will only work once PSA has processed and entered the order into their system. Unfortunately, we have no control over the speed at which PSA processes orders.
Once your order shows as “shipped,” please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive, sort, and contact you about pickup options.
